From October 11 to 21, 2022, LOGODI carries out the last round of the three-year (2020-2022) capacity program, 'Experience and Challenges for the Management of Innovation in the Generation of Public Value.' for 20 Peruvian civil servants.

In partnership with KOICA, LOGODI has provided executive capacity programs to help the Peruvian government's higher officials for the last two years. Concluding the three-year program, this year's training focused on practical capacity building for all levels of Peruvian civil servants, including working-level civil servants, to strengthen their skills to formulate specific implementation plans in government innovation.

For this year's program, the Peruvian government defined specific training goals to strengthen administrative capabilities in digital transformation, balanced regional development, and intergovernmental cooperation. These issues connect to the Peruvian government's national development strategy and future preparation.

Therefore, LOGODI shares South Korea's experiences in public service innovation and good governance through smart technologies and strategies in the management process of public administration. The participants and Korean experts will review the challenges and difficulties of the action plans developed during the first and second rounds and revised them for better implementation.

At the opening ceremony, President Ryu Imchul addressed that ‘I hope this program contributes to public service enhancement and balanced local development in Peru."
