LOGODI signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) on September 3 with the Local Government Academy(LGA) of the Philippines and the Academy of Public Policy and Administration(APPA) of Uzbekistan to strengthen exchange and cooperation in civil service education and training.
Building on more than 60 years of accumulated experience in government officials’ training, this partnership aims to enhance international collaboration that aligns with the values of the new era, including the realization of an “AI democratic government.”
The MOU includes joint initiatives such as mutual visits to share training know-how, co-organized capacity-building programs, and collaborative workshops and seminars. Through this cooperation, LOGODI plans to share Korea’s innovative local governance practices and AI-based administrative strategies while deepening mutual knowledge and human exchange.
LOGODI has signed agreements with nine partner countries including Mongolia and Vietnam and has carried out a wide range of cooperation projects such as invitation training programs and local workshops. Since 1996, more than 7,000 government officials from 89 countries have participated in LOGODI’s programs, gaining firsthand insight into Korea’s administrative innovation experience.
Through this new partnership, LOGODI aims to further strengthen its global training network and foster a collaborative model that promotes shared growth with the international community.
