
LOGODI, in cooperation with KOICA, hosted the 「Capacity Building Program for Kyrgyzstan Public Officials and Faculty Members」 from June 29 to July 9. This training course was organized as part of an ODA cooperation project to support the Kyrgyzstan’s 2040 National Development Strategy. A total of 14 central and local HR managers from Kyrgyzstan took part.
As the third year of the program, the course focused on reviewing the implementation status of the action plans established in the first and second years, while also exploring concrete tasks such as innovation in training and learning, performance management, and AI-based service innovation. Participants studied and discussed Korea’s approaches to civil service training design, ICT-based teaching methods, performance-oriented HR management strategies, and practical cases of applying AI to publid services.
As part of the field study, participants visited related institutions such as the Digital Government Exhibition Hall, the Incheon Airport Aviation Academy and the Gyeonggi Human Resources Development Institute, where they directly experienced Korea’s practices in public HRD and digital government innovation. At the conclusion of the course, all participants presented action plans tailored to their respective work environments and received consulting services, which helped establish a foundation for applying the training outcomes to actual organizational development.
Building on the accumulated experiences of education and training cooperation from this course, LOGODI willl continue to provide practical support to strengthen HRD capacity of partner countries and promote digital public sector innovation.
