[Wanju] - LOGODI is set to host the highly anticipated "2023 Capacity Building Program for Lao Government Officials" in collaboration with the Lao Government. This four-day virtual event, scheduled to take place from August 21 to 24, aims to strengthen the professional capacity of approximately 45 central and local government officials from Laos.

The program is designed to provide Lao government officials with valuable insights, knowledge, and skills necessary for effective governance and administration. Based on the PCP submitted from the Public Administration Research and Training Institute (PARTI) of Lao Government, the program's comprehensive curriculum includes a diverse range of lectures such as : Leadership Development in the Digital Transformation Era, Land Registration, Conflict Management, Digital Platform Government, Good Governance Strategy, and Change Management.

The program also aims to create a dynamic platform for networking and collaboration among both institutions.

"We are excited to collaborate with the Korean Government on this transformative capacity-building program," said Dr. Chantha Onxaivieng, Director General of PARTI. "This initiative reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and development within our public sector. By exchanging knowledge and experiences with Korean counterparts, we aim to strengthen our administration's capabilities and drive positive change in our country."
