LOGODI administered a Capacity Building Program for Faculty from the Academy of Management(AOM) from Dec 1 through 6, inviting twelve professors from AOM, the highly reputated human resources development institute. During the program, AOM delegation visited the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and Samsung Electronics Leadership Developing Center. HRM Strategy and Civil Service System in Korea and HRM System for Global Samsung were introduced. LOGODI revised the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AOM on Dec 2, 2008 that had been renewed in 2005. (LOGODI signed MOU with AOM in 2002.) The revision of MOU is expected to bring extensive exchange cooperation to both institutions as well as to contribute to mutual prosperity and partnership between Korea and Mongolia.
