On February 14, 2020, the LOGODI concluded the one-week 'Study Visit Program for NAOG Faculty and Senior Officials from Mongolia.'
Throughout the program, the LOGODI shared Korea’s experiences in the topics of online training for government officials, including the legal framework, organizational structure, implementation processes, infrastructure, contents development, teacher training, operation management, etc.
The LOGODI allocated four special lectures such as Understanding of Korean Online Education, E-learning Planning and Development, E-learning and Technology, and Korean Government E-learning Platform.
Moreover, the participants had a cases-based seminar, sharing Korea’s experiences in e-learning contents development. Four Korean experts, Prof. Ha Young-ja of NETI, Prof. Choe Chang-soo of Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, CEO Lim Jeopng-sook of Eduincom Inc., and Deputy Director Na Eun-kyun of LOGODI's online training team, presented case studies related to online content development and problem-solving.
Furthermore, the participants made two study site visits to have more insights on the Korea Massive Open Online Course (K-MOOC) system and e-learning content production facility, including National Institute for Lifelong Education (NILE) and Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, respectively.
During the closing ceremony, Mr. Park Jae-min, the President of LOGODI, presented a certificate of completion to each of the participants and gave farewell remarks with a heartfelt appreciation for their sincere commitments during the program. In reply to the farewell remarks, Mr. Tsedev Damiran, Vice Rector of the National Academy of Governance (NAOG) of Mongolia, thanked LOGODI for the rich learning experience throughout the study visit program.
