LOGODI's delegation, headed by Director General Choi Myungkyu of Planning Department, attends the 27th General Assembly and Conference of the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) in Manila from September 22 through 27, 2019.
The conference was hosted by the University of the Philippines' National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG), and its theme was 'The Future of Public Administration: Rethinking Resilience, Equity, and Sustainability in the Region and Beyond'.
In particular, LOGODI promoted LOGODI Global Forum 2020 to other delegations and strengthen partnerships and cooperation with the Republic of the Philippines. Moreover, LOGODI met with Ms. Esmeralda Daphne N. Purnell, the Assistant Director of Local Government Academy (LGA) and Dr. Eewin Gaspar A. Alampay, the Director of the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG) to introduce the Korean Government Training System to education and training institutes in the Philippine.
Even more important, the LOGODI's delegation will meet LOGODI's alumni to strengthen its local network by holding a local LOGODI alumni reunion in the Philippines.
